Reports to: Manager - Axles Engineering
Location: Mysore
Business group: CVS
Function: Engineering
Overview: Executes Axle Engineering Function
Dimensions: Executes axle engineering activities, to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.

Education / Experience:

The applicant desired background and skills would include:
Engineering BE /B Tech with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in axle design
Design experience with structural components including forgings, castings, weldments
Excellent understanding of static analysis, and familiar with fundamentals of dynamic analysis
Knowledge of bearings, bearing stress and press fit tolerances
Knowledge of Pro - Engineer
Well versed with MS Windows and MS Office software
Excellent communication skills.

Position Title: Manager - PE and R & D

Reports to: Sr. Manager – Brakes Engineering
Location: Mysore
Business group: CVS
Function: Engineering

Overview: Brakes Engineer Manager to support Indian OE customers.

Dimensions: Executes axle engineering activities, to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.

Education / Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, industrial & production) Master’s Degree preferred
• 5 - 10 years experience in System or component design and development for the Commercial Vehicles, Automotive or Off-Highway industries.
• Knowledge & experience of working with local OEM’s.
• Good communication skills
• Project management experience will be an added advantage
• International exposure will be an added advantage
