Arvin Meritor Inc is a US $ 8.0 Billion global automotive major, a world leader in axles and brakes technology. Kalyani Group is an internationally recognized forging and automotive giant, with Bharat Forge Ltd as its Flagship Company.
The Company was incorporated on February 13, 1998 and commenced its operations on April 1, 1999. The Company's Registered Office is at Hootagalli Industrial Area, Off Hunsur Road, Mysore 570 018.
The Company is primarily engaged in design,
research &development, sales and marketing, including export of automotive components and aggregates thereof. The objective of the enterprise is to channelise world class technology related to design and manufacture of Drive Axles, Brakes and aggregates. Presently, the Products are manufactured in India by Automotive Axles Limited, a QS 9000 Company situated in Mysore.
Major customers include Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Vehicle Factory Jabalpur (VFJ), AMW(Asia Motor works), Mahindra Navistar, Swaraj Mazda, Man Force Trucks, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Daimler Chrysler Indonesia and ArvinMeritor plants around the world.
